Bergerac 2007 Château des Peyroulets France

This property located in the south of the Southern regioanl appellations and is planted with Merlot and Cabernet Franc.

A deep coloured wine, with pronounced berry fruit aromas and silky tannins on the finish.

The grapes are fermented in rotary type stainless stell tanks which enable very thorough maceration and hence good colour and fruit extraction.
