Managing Your Order
Your first order has to be shipped to the billing address due to fraud prevention.
If you login to the website and click the link "Previous Orders" in the user panel area. You can then view the status of your order and can even open the order to see the details of what you ordered.
When your order has been placed you should receive a confirmation email within a maximum of 10 minutes of placing the order. You can also view your order when logging into the website and checking your previous orders.
Orders placed before midday Wednesday will be delivered Friday and orders placed after that time but before midday Friday will be delivered Tuesdays.
Because of the size of our catalogue, many of our wines are held in secure warehousing, however, any stock held at our registered offices will be despatched next day.
If your order is showing as un-dispatched please contact us immediately by phone or email.
If delivery has been made, you have 7 days to return the product to us for a full refund. - carriage of returns must be paid for by the customer and we can not take responsibility for loss or damage of returned products
You should receive an email from our courier the day before delivery is due which will include a tracking number which can be input on our courier's website for full tracking information.
We currently only accept payment GBP.
The name 'Chapel Place Wines' will not show on your bank statement. The name that will show will be of our parent company: The Chapel Bar which is bolded on the invoice - please try to remember this when you get your card statement.

We can accept payment in the following methods: AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Solo, Switch, UK Maestro. If you wish to order any products from our site and do not have one of these cards please contact customercare to make an order over the phone.
Your first order has to be shipped to the billing address for an exception please contact customercare and they can manually update this for you in your account details. This only applies for shipping outside the UK.

Returns & Refunds

If only part of your order has arrived check the despatched email confirmation to see what items are showing as despatched. If all items are marked as despatched and you do not have everything please contact our customer care team via email or telephone. You can also check the items despatched in the view orders section of your account.
If you receive an incorrect item please contact our customer care team within 7 days of receiving the order. We will gladly arrange for the item to be swapped with the correct item at no extra cost to you.
If your order has not been despatched and you change your mind please contact customer care to cancel the order. We will have a facility for cancelling orders on the website soon.
If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit please contact our customer care team within 7 days of receiving the order. We will gladly arrange for the item to be swapped at no extra cost to you.

Delivery Information
Your order will normally be despatched within 48 hours and will take 3-5 days. We will aim to despatch your order as soon as possible and you will be notified the day before delivery. We wil advise you as early as possible if there is any problem despatching your product.

We ship products to the UK, Ireland, the Channel Islands, Scotland and Northern Ireland. When placing your order simply select your country from the drop down list. If you do not see your country please contact our customer care team.

Free delivery is available to any address within 2 miles of Chapel Place, Tunbridge Wells. Unfortunately because of the fragile nature of the product, we can not offer free delivery on orders placed through this site, however, if you have special requirements or large orders, please call us to discuss the individual circumstances.

All of your personal details and credit card details are only ever passed to direct to our bank. We do not store your credit card information in any way on our site. To guarantee your payment is secure you will see https:// at the beginning of the address bar signifying the area of the site you are in is secure. Yes, we also operate a Wine and Cocktail Bar just outside of the historic Pantiles area of Royal Tunbridge Wells where you can try any of our wines by prior appointment, or just drop in and sample our live music, great atmosphere and of course, fantastic wines.
